当宿泊施設の水は、井戸水をくみ上げて使用して、受水槽に貯めて使用しております。
そのため大量の水を使うと受水槽が空になり、水が使えなくなってしまいます。
ご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、受水槽が空にならないように以下のお願いをよろしくお願いいたします。
The water at our accommodation is drawn from a well, stored in a water tank, and used for our facilities.
Therefore, using a large amount of water may empty the water tank, making it unavailable for use.
We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your cooperation in following the guidelines below to prevent the water tank from running empty.

湯舟(ひのき風呂、露天風呂)にお湯を入れる時は、同時に大量の水を使うことを行わないよう(洗濯など)にお願いいたします。
When filling the bathtub (hinoki bath or open-air bath) with hot water, please avoid using a large amount of water at the same time (such as for laundry).
【水が出にくくなった時の対応】
【How to respond when the water flow becomes weak.】
以下の手順を実施してください。
Please follow the steps below.
1.貯水槽の上にある①緑のバルブを閉めて15分待ちます。
Close the green valve located above the water storage tank and wait for 15 minutes.
2.隣のログハウスに入ってください。入口は正面右側の木の②扉です。ダイヤルキーがかかっています。
Please enter the neighboring log house. The entrance is the wooden door on the right side of the front. A dial lock is in place.
3.入ってまっすぐ進み、突き当りに水をくみ上げるモーターポンプがあります。右上にある③電源コンセントを抜き10～20秒待ちます。
Go straight inside until you reach the end, where you will find the water pump motor. Unplug the power outlet located at the upper right and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
4.モーターが動き出したら15分待ちます。
Once the motor starts running, wait for 15 minutes.
5.貯水槽の上にある緑のバルブを開いてください。
Please open the green valve located above the water storage tank.
